Check-out at the We rooms Hotel must be no later than 11 a.m. in order to clean and prepare the room for the next guest. Should you wish to use the room for longer, please ask our staff in advance about the possibility of a late check-out. Unfortunately, we are not able to do this in every case, as it always depends on the availability of the booked room.

You would like to receive mail and parcels in the hotel? No problem! We will gladly bring incoming mail or parcels to your room.

We will be happy to wake you up with a phone call so that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Your room must be returned by 11 a.m. on the day of departure so that the next guest can check in on time. You are welcome to inquire about the possibility of late check-out at our reception. This depends on the occupancy of the room.

We offer numerous parking spaces in the underground car park and around the hotel. The parking spaces can be rented for a fee.

The Groß Karben train station is about a 5-10 minute walk away. The S-Bahn (S6) runs every 15 minutes to Bad Vilbel and Frankfurt / Main Hauptbahnhof. The travel time to Frankfurt, including walking, takes about 30 minutes.
You can also reach Frankfurt city center by car in around 30 minutes.

It is not permitted to park bicycles in your room. Please use the bike racks provided for this in front of the house.

Check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 4 p.m.

Our key safe in the entrance area of ​​the hotel makes it possible for you to check in at night and on public holidays and to receive your room key.

Our hotel offers our guests additional services, such as mail service, cleaning and laundry service, membership in the local fitness center, wake-up service, breakfast newspapers or late check-out.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own fitness area in our hotel. However, we offer the possibility to use the fitness studio opposite in the new center in Karben. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us at any time.

In the basement of the hotel you will find a wash-dryer and clothes horse. These are available to all guests free of charge. However, due to possible allergies, we do not provide the detergent.

Out of consideration for all of our guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the building.

Our hotel has 3 barrier-free public toilets as well as an elevator with which each floor can be reached. Our reception as well as the rooms and bathrooms are also barrier-free.

Our rooms are available for short-term stays as well as medium-term bookings up to a total of three months.
